What to Expect
TIMELESS, CLASSIC, AND EVERYTHING YOU
I have a very different approach to wedding day makeup and hair. I am not your "cookie-cutter" artists where everyone looks the same. There is an entire process that celebrities use to look their best and it's for good for a reason. Why is your wedding day any different?
This is your red carpet moment. I am here to make sure you get the full red carpet treatment. I partner and collaborate with you to design a look you love, completely customized to YOUR taste. My style is more celebrity red carpet than a social media trend, a look that will withstand the test of time. While we can do any look you like, I specialize in elevated natural and soft glam looks that are timeless and last a lifetime.

Other Pricing Considerations
Booking
A signed agreement and $200 retainer fee is due to secure your wedding date.
A $200 service minimum must be met during peak-season months of April-December
Preview Consultation
Preview Consultations are held at my studio in KCMO unless other arrangements are made, resulting in a travel fee. Typically, consultations are conducted 1-2 months in advance of your wedding as your skin tone/texture are close to what they will be on the day of the wedding. Generally, Sunday afternoons work extremely well! That being said, my availability should be reflected on my calendar.
Travel Fee
Travel outside of 40 miles roundtrip from my studio will result in a travel fee based on .60/mile.
Additional Artist Fee
Pricing is based on one for up to six people. Additional artists may be required depending on the size of your wedding party and the time everyone needs to be ready by, or per request for a shorter ready period. Should additional artists be deemed necessary, a $100 fee will be added.

Starting after 7:30am is covered

I’ve been building my portfolio for almost 7 years and have found that this “work” also happens to be my greatest passion and calling.
My background is in hair and makeup for the stage and while I love helping people look like they are 80 years old, zombies, or the occasional mermaid, I have fallen in love with helping people discover their own beauty. Every person is uniquely beautiful with their own passion and style. Makeup should bring out your natural beauty. Whether it’s your bright eyes or a killer smile, people should see you... not your makeup. ​

I pride myself on making my clients feel at ease in my chair, while delivering high-quality looks. It is my goal that every client leaves my presence feeling even more beautiful then when they entered.

When I’m not working, I enjoy “old-lady” crafts as my husband calls them (knitting, crocheting, embroidery), shopping, playing board games, cozying up with a great book, trying as many brunch and pizza spots as possible, and snuggling with my hot husband, Tim, and our cutie puppers: May & Manny.​

What to Bring to Your
Hair and Makeup Consultation
Makeup
3-4 photos of makeup inspiration. For best results, choose photos with your skin tone and hair color.

Your makeup bag with the makeup products you usually wear. We want to see the colors you love.

Wear a cream, ivory, or white top and bring any jewelry you plan to wear

3-4 photos of hair inspiration. For best results, choose inspiration photos with your hair color, texture, and length.

Your veil or any hair pieces you're planning on incorporating into your look.
​
Clip-in hair extensions if you're looking to add volume or length.

Come with clean and dry hair.

What to Have On Your
Wedding Day
Relax and be the star of the day that you were born to be.
I bring everything you need to enjoy a luxury service at your home or hotel. Here are a few things your attendants need for the day to run smoothly:
Makeup
1 photo of makeup inspiration. For best results, choose inspiration photos with your skin tone and hair.

Lip color, lip pencil, or lip gloss you love. Or you can have the artist determine best match day-of.
​
Knowledge of any sensitivities that would be pertinent for artist to know.
​
We ask that your attendants be off of their phones as soon as consultations are finished, to allow smooth application
Hair
1 photos of hair inspiration. For best results, choose inspiration photos with your hair color.
​
Any hair accessories they would like to incorporate.
​
Come with clean, dry hair. If attendants want a blowout in addition to a style, there will be an additional fee. Prices start at $85 in addition to the hairstyling fee. Must be booked in advance to account for time.

Other Considerations
Artists and stylists work with tools that can be hot, and tools near the eyes, we ask that all artists & stylists have a workspace free of traffic flow to avoid accidents.

A table for each artist and stylist to lay out their hair and makeup tools.
​
We will have lots of tools and lights to plug in, so please have a designated area with access to outlets.

Booking Process

Secure date by filling out a questionnaire, accepting a pricing quote, and completing the agreement. Everything is done over the computer via email and your client portal.

Pay $200 retainer fee. The remaining balance will be due 1 week before the wedding day.

We will send out consultation information including how to schedule, a questionnaire on your dream wedding day look, and everything we suggest in order to have a seamless and perfect consult.

We help create a wedding day timeline for you and your wedding party and make sure it coordinates with your photographer's schedule.

We send out wedding day checklists, skin care recommendations, and other tips throughout your engagement process.
